Weekend highlights

The last couple of weekends have been full of family fun as it starts to get nicer outside! Everett got to ride his first merry-go-round at the mall because he was a good little shopper. It made his parents dizzy, but he seemed to enjoy it. This last weekend we spent Saturday doing some spring cleaning, and then Sunday we went hiking at Koinonia and let Everett explore in the woods (which he loves). We also bought him a Shamrock shake at McDonald's--actually, we bought one large one for the three of us to share, but Everett didn't really want to share! It was quite tasty, although Everett is really the one who enjoyed his "Shamrock belly."

Everett has become quite the household helper, insisting on standing on his stool at the kitchen counter every time anyone is cooking or doing dishes. He also loves cleaning and playing outside, and stomping in puddles. He has now learned what puppies say and every time he hears one he says "FooFoo," aka WoofWoof. His daycare teachers keep telling us what a happy little boy he is, and we agree!
